I was a Check Trainer with Singapore Airlines until 2006. Currently I do freelance counselling and training and I am also an Exco member (Training Officer) of the William Glasser Institute - Singapore . I hold a MSocSc in Professional Counselling (Swinburne University) and also Reality Therapy Certification (William Glasser Institute).
